Shamanic Drum Circle January 8, 2010

Drumming can be healing, meditative, relaxing and/or energizing. It can take you on a journey deep within yourself or to other levels of consciousness. Whether you play a drum, shake a rattle, sing and chant, or simply sit back and take it all in, we all create the circle together. So come. Bring a drum, bring a rattle or just bring yourself, and join us for an amazing evening of rhythm and spirit. Open to all regardless of experience or skill level. Facilitated by Alexandra Windsong. Donations gratefully accepted. Pre-registration not required. (No previous drumming experience is necessary. Please no children under 12.)
