It's still quite busy in the evenings I find.
Saturday mornings as soon as it opens are fairly quiet - weekday mornings would be even quieter I expect.

The Natural History museum is open late on the last Friday of every month. Going to try and go to the exhibition then to escape the crowds. (Do you think it will work?)
