Program Description

Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification program gives you the vital knowledge to lead variety of improvements such as profitability, productivity, quality & customer service. As a Green Belt, you will lead or participate in Six Sigma projects and systematically apply the hybrid methodology that combines DMAIC methodology with the simple and effective waste-reducing tools of Lean.

Our program gives Lean Six Sigma Green Belt participants both an in-depth education and full working knowledge of relevant six sigma tools and sets a good standard on certification.

During this 5 day program, you learn how to define, scope, lead and execute DMAIC projects suitable for a Green Belt skill level. In addition, you gain hands-on experience with tools such as process mapping, project scoping, value stream mapping and analysis.

The training program is designed to be interactive and based on live-case studies, industry examples & group activities. Our instructors are Certified Master Black Belts with vast international & industry experience in Manufacturing & Services industries.

At the end of the training program and on successful completion of assessment, you will receive Six Sigma Green Belt Training Certification.

Further, you are encouraged to complete a real project (optional) in your organization within two years of training. We will review your project on completion and award you a project completion certificate at no extra cost !

• No previous knowledge or experience of Six Sigma needed
