Snakes Inside June 13, 2009

During this indoor program, Center naturalists will discuss the natural history of snakes commonly found in the Capital District area. Some live native snake species will be available for participants to view close-up and learn how to identify them. The Timber Rattlesnake and Copperhead, two of New York's native poisonous snakes, will be on display in glass-fronted, locked boxes for participants to view.
