Snow Day Bar Crawl December 15, 2012

Washington D.C.’s biggest holiday bar crawl, Snow Day, will allow participants to dust off their favorite festive sweaters and reindeer horns in order to let loose among thousands of fellow bar-goers. This bar crawl goes beyond sipping on holiday cheer; prepare for madness from 1pm – 8pm on Saturday, Dec. 15, as Snow Day decks the halls of Washington D.C.’s most popular bars.

Participants will receive a free beer to kick start the day and sip on exclusive drink deals, including $2 beer refills and $3 Candy Cane shots poured into frosted signature mugs, as they stumble merrily from bar to bar. The crawl costs $15 until Dec. 11, and $20 before Dec. 14. Event day registration will be offered for $30. Prepare to see bars such as Front Page, 19, Madhatter and more, decorated like never before.

Last year, Snow Day hosted over 3,500 participants in D.C. making the inaugural bar crawl a huge hit among the local crowd. The successful D.C. crawl resulted in the launch of a second Snow Day location in Milwaukee, WI, also taking place on Dec. 15.

A note to all of the saucy Santas out there: don't drink and drive! Have a designated driver ready to pick you up upon the conclusion of the bar crawl. If all of your friends are participating, utilize any form of public transportation including the Metrobus and/or rail system. You must be 21 years or older to participate in Snow Day.
