This is an introduction to Laura's personal growth and awareness class without making too much of a commitment. It is a good chance to explore the concepts and ideas of Spirituality in a format that is experiential, playful, inspiring and life-changing.

You will explore and learn about:
What roles you play in life and why.
Simple meditative breath techniques and spiritual practices.
Acting exercises to develop awareness, deepen relationships, and take action.
Native American Animal Totem work.
Shadow work - what is your Shadow and what it teaches you about yourself.
How to put these tools into practice in tangible and practical ways in your
daily and professional life.
