This class is not about turning you into an actor, nor is it an
'acting class'. It's not about 'performing' or getting on a stage.
It's an Experiential, Transformational Day of Self-discovery

Spiritual Acting is the synthesis of spiritual practices, the core principles and
processes of acting, theatre games, Native American Animal Totem work, and Shadow work. Laura developed this unique and innovative tool for spiritual development and personal growth out of her Master's thesis, her personal spirituality, and her own life experiences.
You will learn:
What roles you play in life and why
Simple meditative breath techniques and spiritual practices
Acting exercises to develop awareness, deepen relationships, and
take action
What Native American Animal Totem work and Shadow work is
How to put these tools into practice in tangible and practical ways in your
daily life
The cost is $175 with a nonrefundable deposit of $75
required by Sept. 1st, 2009.
This is a full day workshop, beginning at 9:00 AM with registration and finishing up at 6:00PM, with a hour for lunch. Come prepared to work and learn and laugh and confront your inner limitations - wear comfy clothing!
