Spring Adventures April 8, 2011

Explore spring on the farm, fields and forests of Drumlin Farm. What are the lambs and kids up to in the pastures around the Sheep and Goat Barn? We'll visit with animals that "baaaa" and sing "cock-a-doodle-doo" and help the farmers out with some chores. Plant some seeds in the farm garden. Uncover the mysteries of the red pine forest. Visit with a furry mammal and a feathered flyer. Dig into the muck and mire of a pond in search of its unusual inhabitants. Share in the discovery of the many changes that occur during this season. - - Fee covers one adult and one child. Additional friends, siblings, or backpack babies are not appropriate for this class. - - Things You Should Know: - - -Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment.
