Springfield Mall to Host Free Electronic Waste Collection Event on September 15 from 9:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. September 10, 2012

Springfield Mall is proud to offer a FREE "anything with a plug" recycling event to be held on September 15, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Springfield Mall parking lot located at 1250 Baltimore Pike in Springfield, PA. All types of electronics will be accepted for FREE including computers, monitors, printers, air-conditioners, computer accessories and household appliances. Small businesses with less than 50 employees are also welcome to bring their obsolete electronic equipment.
All material collected will be responsibly recycled by eForce Compliance, who maintains a zero landfill policy and zero export of hazardous e-waste to developing countries. eForce is Pennsylvania's only multi-certified electronic recycling company (R2, e-Stewards, ISO 14011) and assures all data media will be destroyed or wiped at their facility.
