St. Helen Festival - Rio Hondo, TX October 3, 2009

St. Helen hosts a kermes every year in October that is worth a trip to Rio Hondo, Texas. Our community is committed to put together a great event for everyone to enjoy with their family. Visitors, from all over the valley come to Rio Hondo, TX to have fun and win great prizes. So, come to our annual festival (Hawaiian Nights) and experience an adventure with your family and friends.

Every year we raffle outstanding prizes, from furniture, electronics and appliances to an automobile as the grand prize; furthermore, an auction of a NFL Chicago Bears (Robert Garza) football, helmet and jersey autographed by the team.

Come and enjoy, great music provided by a live bands and a DJ. We have added some new games for kids and adults. St. Helen's kermes is also well known for the great food selection such as pizza, hamburgers, ice cream, beverages, authentic Mexican cuisine for all to enjoy.
