Learn breathing techniques (pranayama) to use during the day to stay calm, centered, focused, and relaxed. Movement (asanas) a gentle yoga practice linking the breath with movement to calm and ground the mind and body. Relaxation (savasana) deep relaxation set to music, candles, and lovely scents.
*Please wear comfortable clothing.
*Bring a small pillow and blanket for relaxation.
