Succulents: Welcome to the Family June 4, 2011

Did you know that succulents are not all in the same family? Some plants we describe as succulent are closely related but many are not. Join Nursery Manager Bruce Reed on a short primer on the relationships and significant differences between many of our common succulents. Family relationships, diagnostic characteristics and interesting pictures will be featured, with special emphasis on the Stonecrop family, which includes our native dudleyas and sedums.
