Summer Day Camp June 27, 2011

Birds, butterflies, and bats, Oh My! There are more than just a few wonderful winged creatures found in the wild of Ohio and this summer Nature Explorers will strive to find them all. We will use the spotting scope to scan the horizon in search of soaring-predators and singing songbirds. We will investigate the interesting workings of the insect eating bats of Ohio and bask in the beauty of the abundance of butterflies at Brukner. We will even bust out the binoculars as we dare to discover the dance of the dragonflies as they dive to dine on delicious bugs. Join us for all the fun as we explore the world of wild wings.
