A historian of 19th century American society, material life and architecture, Jack Larkin is the author of 'The Reshaping of Everyday Life: 1790-1840', an indispensable reference to the fascinating and little-known details of how life was lived during Cole's time. Jack, also Affiliate Professor of History at Clark University, will sign copies of his recent book, 'Where We Lived: Discovering the Places We Once Called Home', after his talk.
