Surfs up once a month at The Pearl Hotel! Journey over every last Tuesday of the month for burgers, surf videos and our $3 Corona special! We’ve teamed up with OB Surf and Skate to showcase flicks and to raffle off some killer prizes. The featured movie for the month of February will be Lost Prophets by Nathan Apffel, which includes a diverse cast of surfers consisting of Reef McIntosh, Dede Suryana, Brian Conley, Dave Rastovich and Chris Del Moro. Watch as these surfing pioneers adventure to the Indian Ocean and surf some of the best waves documented in the past decade. Good times from 7PM – 10PM. Screening starts at 8PM. Indeed Kevin - some of us will be working - hence the beloved 'watching'category,w hich allows us to keep track of these things without actually being there.
I vote for an after 6pm shindig :)

I agree and love the idea of 'after 6pm field trips', however, my other half who actually planned this shin dig feels it isn't a true field trip unless you take a break from your daily habit to go off somewhere and learn something new. Though - hard to get bosses in mass to agree, so offer up suggestions and let's see what we can do 'after hours'. Some of the places we are looking into would require a Saturday jaunt...maybe that is another option.
