Swarm Week September 26, 2010

The 2010 Swarm week celebration will take place on Sept. 27 through Oct. 3. Below is information for the 2010 swarm celebration, "Buzzin' on the Beach."

Black Hills State University’s annual Swarm Week will kick off Monday, September 27 and run through Sunday, October 3. Events will be held throughout the week and include a Luau, the hike to the H, coronation, and a disc golf tournament.

Get out and join us for Spirit Night as the BHSU volleyball team takes on Dickinson State University.

The parade theme is “Buzzin' on the Beach.” We encourage you to design your parade entry with our Yellow Jacket (Sting, the mascot) in a beach or tropical paradise role. Submit your parade entry form today!

After the parade, be sure to join Kory and the Fireflies as they perform at the Tailgate Social held at the Young Center parking lot.

Then following the parade and tailgate, come and cheer on the BHSU football team as they host Dakota State.
