Sylvia Pankhurst: Everything is possible Film Screening April 14, 2011

Filmed in the East End of London and beyond, this feature length epic documentary traces the context, campaigns and political impact of suffragette and revolutionary Sylvia Pankhurst. With unique testimony from Sylvia’s son Richard Pankhurst and his wife Rita interwoven with rare archive, we learn of her imprisonment, opposition to war, internationalism and why she’s so inspiring. Don’t miss this first screening of a film which reveals the true story of a forgotten heroine.
