T'ai chi is a series of movements first developed as a martial art and now more widely practiced as a health exercise. This calming series of movements will boost energy,ease tension, strengthen bone AND balance. Instructor Ed Bilanchone has taught and been a student of the Yang Short Form (37 postures) for 20 years. He uses principles from Alexander technique, which he has taught for many years, to understand the deeper application of T'ai Chi Chuan.
