Tai-Chi Chuan Meditation
Students will learn the classical Yang Family Tai-Chi Chuan “Long Form”. Tai-Chi consists of a series of slow, soft movements and postures centered on the theory of Yin-Yang. Practicing Tai-Chi Chuan reduces stress and anxiety and is a great form of exercise. Beginners are taught step by step, just a few moves at a time. This way maintains correct ideas from this internal system while meditating on the Tai-Chi Chuan principles. Movements and stillness act together in harmony.
