Tai-Chi Chuan Meditation
Students will learn the classical Yang Family Tai-Chi Chuan system. Tai-Chi consists of a series of slow, soft movements and postures centered on the theory of Yin-Yang. Practicing Tai-Chi Chuan reduces stress and anxiety and is a great form of exercise.
