Juniors & Teens Class (Ages 13 -16)
Develop personal power, agility and endurance through non-violent shadow boxing. Students will learn traditional Yang Family Tai-Chi consisting on soft slow movements and postures centered on the theory of Yin Yang including Tai-Chi Kung exercises. This ancient Chinese martial arts discipline improves focus, flexibility, stamina, postures and balance from practicing the solo forms, tai-chi sword and staff.
