Tai-Chi Kung Conditioning Class
Learn the essential training in Qigong known as Tai-Chi Kung. Students will learn the basics of Tai-Chi Chuan. Tai-Chi Kung consists of a series of dynamic soft movements and postures centered on the theory of Yin-Yang; Practicing Tai-Chi Kung improves cardiovascular health, endurance and vitality.
