'Take a Walk in Her Shoes' Pre-Event Cocktail Party April 20, 2010

We're having a vintage themed pre-event cocktail party on April 20th for our upcoming Take a Walk in Her Shoes fundraiser along with the Community Partnership for Homeless and C. Madeleine. The pre-event will raise awareness and donations for WOMENADE of Miami, an organization whose funds target the women and children who reside at CPH looking to rebuild their lives. 10-12 CPH women and/or their teen daughters will be featured with their freshly done makeovers at this event.

Guests at this pre-event will be treated to vintage music, period eye makeovers, mini manicures, and "glamour shots". Also, Raquel will be giving fashion tips and Madeleine will tell what time period guests represent.

Throughout April, a collection box will be available for RIK RAK clients and the general public to bring in donations of toiletries, socks, undergarments, feminine products, and cash contributions in support of CPH residents.
