Taking Care of Me! A Big Hat Luncheon for Women September 12, 2009

As women we wear many hats on a daily basis. We often take on more than we can handle trying to make sure everyone one else is properly taken care of or happy. Often, we as women don't realize what we are doing to our bodies in the meantime; while we are trying to make everyone else happy. The truth to the matter is we are neglecting ourselves.
