Tanger Trick or Treat October 31, 2009

Join Tanger for a safe alternative to door-to-door trick or treating! Beginning at 4pm, children and parents are invited to trick or treat at various stores throughout the center. A children's costume contest will begin at 5pm with prizes for 3 age groups: 0-4, 5-9, 10-12.
