Instructor Bio : Rich Waterman
Rich Waterman graduated from UCLA in 1983. He has a Master's degree in Accountancy from San Jose State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a partner in the firm Sparkman and Waterman Accounting. His specialties include domestic partner issues, partnerships, small businesses and estate/trust tax planning. In addition, Rich has taught part-time courses in computers and business at West Valley Community College.
