Ten Second Film Festival July 4, 2009

The Ten Second Film Festival is takes place July 4, 2009, right after the St. Anthony Main fireworks at The Soap Factory.

Back for a 5th year, the Ten Second Film Festival is an event for both the amateur and immature;
the talented and the unfortunate; the virtuoso and the accidental artist.

That’s because this raucous, outdoor festival is created entirely by people like you, using mostly alternative video technologies (like cell phones or cameras with a video function). The result is a film festival that assaults you with some of the silliest, funniest, weirdest and most thought-provoking ten second-long films you’ll see all summer.
