THE ARGUMENT ROOM returns this autumn with our monthly web-streamed interactive debates. Making a space for dialogue on issues pertinent to the arts and social policy, we invite you to join us for the FREE monthly events ONLINE, each one chaired by Chris Johnston of Rideout.

FRIDAY 28 SEPTEMBER 2012, 18.30 - 21.30pm

In the Room will be theatre artist TIM CROUCH, STEPHEN UNWIN artistic director at Rose Theatre Kingston, artistic director of Custom/Practice RAE McKEN, theatre practitioner JACK COLE and further names to be announced

FRIDAY 30 NOVEMBER 2012, 18.30 - 21.30pm

`Busted! Commercial and professional imperatives profoundly inhibit the evolution of ensemble theatre practice within the UK´

In the Room will be ensemble director JOHN BRITTON, artistic director of Forced Entertainment TIM ETCHELLS, actresses and founding members of Monstrous Regiment GILLIAN HANNA and MARY McCUSKER, actor and RSC and Complicitie ensemble member RICHARD KATZ, and artistic director of Bred in the Bone Theatre and Senior Lecturer at Rose Bruford MATTIEU LELOUP-BELLON with further names to be announced
