The Bach Sinfonia May 9, 2009

This is a special performance of Purcell's 'King Arthur' for kids. The Bach Sinfonia is a Maryland-based non-profit arts organization that is dedicated to excellence in performance and public education regarding eighteenth-century music. Performances are on period instruments. Each historically-informed performance is programmed on a theme chosen to inform the listener about the genres, sociology, and performance practices of the eighteenth century.
