Skylark Opera presents The Fantasticks, a Broadway hit and the world’s longest running musical. This romantic comedy brims with classics such as “Try to Remember” and “Soon It’s Gonna Rain.” Crafted with charming simplicity, it is the story of a boy, a girl, their meddling fathers and the wall that divides them.

Directed by Robert Neu, who directed the highly praised Skylark productions of Bernstein's Wonderful Town and On the Town. Starring Gabriel Preisser as El Gallo, Quinn Shadko as Luisa, Matt Berdahl as Matt, Paul R. Coate as Bellomy, Jeffrey Madison as Hucklebee and Penelope Freeh as The Mute.

Four performances only: Friday June 14th (Opening Night), Thursday June 20th and Saturday June 22nd at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday June 16th (Father’s Day) at 3:00 p.m.

Part of Skylark Opera's Summer Festival, it is playing in repertory with The Mikado. A series ticket is just 75.00 for both shows.
