Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Insitute presents Grammy Award®-winning violinist Joshua Bell. Joshua Bell has captivated audiences around the globe for more than two decades. Heralded worldwide for his poetic musicality, Bell first came to national attention at age 14 when he made his highly acclaimed orchestral debut with legendary conductor Riccardo Muti and the Philadelphia Orchestra. His Carnegie Hall debut soon followed, leading to an Avery Fisher Career Grant and a recording contract creating a sensation that spread throughout the music world. Now in his 30s, Joshua has performed with nearly every leading symphony orchestra and conductor, recorded 27 albums and earned the rare title of classical music superstar.
