Performances by all San Jose Youth Symphony Orchestra and Cupertino Cappella Choir!

All proceeds will benefit SJYS and Kenya Dream.

What is Kenya Dream?
Cupertino High School students have been working tirelessly to raise over $100,000 in support of better learning environments for underprivileged students at the Nthimbiri Secondary School in rural Kenya. Our dream is to bring about change, hope, stability, and sustainability in Kenya through education.

San Jose Youth Symphony:
The San Jose Youth Symphony has been providing the youth of our community with exceptional orchestral music education and performance experiences for the past 57 years! SJYS serves young talented musicians from the greater Bay Area ranging from age 8 to 21. It’s core program is comprised of seven distinct performance ensembles: Philharmonic Orchestra, Concert Orchestra, Concert Wind Ensemble, Avant Flue Choir, Percussion Ensemble, Intermezzo and Prelude String Ensembles. This is only the second time in SJYS’s 57 years to feature all its orchestras and ensembles at one time!

Cupertino Cappella Choir:
Cupertino High School’s award winning Cappella Choir provides uplifting music for CHS, area schools, the community, and international crowds around the world. This event is the choir’s first collaborative event with the San Jose Youth Symphony and Kenya Dream.
