The Last Waltz Live May 15, 2010

"The Last Waltz", which commemorates the history and music of 'The Band' is regarded as the greatest rock and roll concert movie of all time.
Of course it was the guest list on the night that turned it into the greatest rock show of all time as Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, Muddy Waters, Dr John, Joni Mitchell, Neil Diamond, and a host of others joined The Band on stage.
To mark the 30th anniversary of the movie last year, a collective of some of Dublin's most legendary musicians under the name "The Group", got together to create a 2 hour show in tribute to the original concert.
After sell out shows at theatres in Dublin as well as the top music venues in Ireland, The Last Waltz makes its debute at Dublin's Olympia Theatre on Sat 15th May 2010.

A spectacular live re-enactment of the music from Martin Scorsese's documentary 'The Last Waltz' with ten piece band, full brass section, and all the special guests.
