The McFarland Gaub Duo, Violin & Piano February 12, 2009

Chamber Music Society Fairfield is happy to present the McFarland Gaub Duo in a violin and piano recital on Thursday, February 12, 7:30 p.m. at the Sondheim Center in Fairfield.
The program will include works of J.S. Bach, Fauré, Schubert and Saint-Saëns.
Nancy McFarland Gaub, violin, and Eugene Gaub, piano have performed extensively throughout the US, Mexico, Canada, and Africa, and in musical capitals of Europe, including Vienna and Salzburg. The Gaubs are professors of music at Grinnell College, and are residents of Fairfield. In 1994, they co-founded the Roycroft Chamber Music Festival in East Aurora, NY, which celebrated its 15th successful season in 2008.
