The Promise Walk for Preeclampsia - New York City June 9, 2012

Join walkers in Brooklyn and thousands nationwide to help us reach our goal of $10,000 -- and bring hope for healthy lives to millions of mothers and babies every year.

The Preeclampsia Foundation's mission is to provide patient education and support, raise public awareness, catalyze research and improve health care practices.

Online Pre-registration is $20 and Onsite (day of walk) Registration is $25. All registered participant will receive a Promise Walk for Preeclampsia T-shirt to wear the day of the walk. Visit http://www.promisewalk... to register, support a participant or make a general donation.

The community is encouraged to attend. Rally will begin at 12:00pm at Cadman Plaza Park (location is a triangle corner - Prospect St & Washington St & Cadman Plaza East), just a few steps away from the pedestrian stairway leading up to the Brooklyn Bridge. At 1:00pm Doves will be released in memory of all mothers and babies lost due to Preeclampsia. The walk will u-turn back to Cadman Plaza Park for an afternoon filled with family activities, children games, balloon animals, face painting, snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy.
