Entry Fees:
Individual player entry - $150
Super player entry - $175 (includes extra mulligan and door prize tickets)
Hole sponsorship player entry - $275 (includes signage of name or company name at one hole)
Team entry - $600 (includes entry for four players)
Super team entry - $700 (includes entry, an extra mulligan, and door prize tickets for four players)

Corporate sponsorship - $1,200 (includes on-course signage and inclusion in all marketing materials, web and print)
