Tibetan Medicine Workshop April 4, 2009

Dr. Kunchok Tsedan is a highly trained doctor of Tibetan medicine from Amdo, Tibet. In this workshop Kunchok will introduce the history of and discuss the main points of Tibetan medicine - the three disorders, the Vajra body and gross Body - which make up modern academic study of Tibet medicine.

In the afternoon session he will demonstrate some practical methods of treatment such as moxibustion and massage. Konchok is currently studying English at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
