Tosca Tango Orchestra 15th Anniversary September 22, 2012

A legendary ensemble returns to the stage for one night only as The Tosca Tango Orchestra reunites to mark the 15th Anniversary of its founding by composer Glover Gill. From it's storied residency at the old Ritz Lounge on Sixth Street, through it's breakthrough score to Richard Linklater's classic philosophical film Waking Life, The Tosca Tango Orchestra played a key role in the revival of Nuevo Tango by advancing the form further toward classical composition and created a sensation at the 2000 International Tango Festival in Buenos Aires.
