Along with India's emergence as a vital global presence has come an increased emphasis on urban visual culture and avant-garde art practices. This exhibition exposes the depth of artistic innovation in modern India, one that is intricately linked to a rich history and cultural tradition. Through this exhibit, 30 artists, all living and working in India, will explore a "triad" of creativity: Introspection, Observation and Tradition.
