Designed for those who already enjoy an intermediate level of fitness and are interested in participating in their first SPRINT triathlon. Participants will be assessed and instructed on the skills necessary for finishing the shortest triathlon event featuring swimming, cycling and running.
Swimming skills and bicycle required.
