Vernon Hills Baskin-Robbins Grand Opening Event November 15, 2007

Baskin-Robbins, the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty stores, announces the introduction of its newest store in Vernon Hills, Ill. The new store at 122 Hawthorne Center joins four additional Vernon Hills-area locations. As a result of Baskin-Robbins franchising and expansion efforts, the ice cream icon is welcoming Franchisee Roger Thacker to the Baskin-Robbins family in Vernon Hills. To celebrate, the Baskin-Robbins at 122 Hawthorne Center will host a Grand Opening event on Thursday, November 15, 2007 from 6 - 8 p.m. Roger Thacker will show his commitment to the community by partnering with Boys & Girls Club of Lake County. There will be ice cream sampling, as well as $1.00 scoops for sale throughout the event.
