Vince Carter Sanctuary Dedication August 17, 2009

It’s hard to believe that just last Summer was the groundbreaking for the Vince Carter Sanctuary. Less than a year later, a picturesque, state-of-the-art facility has emerged from the ground.

The Vince Carter Sanctuary will be formally dedicated on August 17, 2009 at 4pm at 301 Justice Lane, Bunnell, Florida 32110. Please join Vince Carter, Michelle Carter-Scott, state and local representatives, representatives from Austin Outdoor, Brown & Brown, Brighthouse, as well as community leaders for a brief ceremony dedicating the Vince Carter Sanctuary Campus.

The excitement surrounding this project never waned. From the planning stages all the way through completion, every week brought something new and exciting. One week the foundation was being poured; the next week, walls began to grow from the soil. From the first brick laid to the last plant being put in the ground, this project would not have been possible without the extensive team effort of the design team, architects, construction personnel, landscape architects, and background players who all contributed so selflessly to make this world class project come to life.

Tours will be given following the program so that the community will be able to take a closer look at this world class facility. Staff will be available to answer any questions.
