Voyage to West Africa April 24, 2008

Join us for an unforgettable journey to West Africa through food and film. Our evening will consist of a cooking class led by a Sengalese native chef. We will watch the powerful, award winning film Moolaade, which explores the issue of female circumcision in West Africa through the eyes of 6 young girls who dared to challenge this practice. This will be an incredible evening of food and culture.
