Warriors Don't Cry September 22, 2009

'Warriors Don't Cry' is a riveting one-woman play that portrays the experiences of Little Rock Nine member Melba Pattillo Beals, one of nine African-American students chosen in 1957 to integrate the 2,000-student Central High School. The performance will be followed by a panel discussion of Nashvillians who experienced Nashville's desegregation of schools.
