Webinar: Association Constituent Relationship Management (CiviCRM) March 23, 2009

Membership associations can use a constituent relationship management (CiviCRM) system to stay on top of their diverse contact needs. A Web-based CRM allows membership associations to have their membership, donations, and events managed in a centralized database that can connect to their Web site. CiviCRM is a Web-based CRM made especially for nonprofits and associations.

This free, 1-hour seminar is offered online. Participants will need access to a computer and telephone (or computer microphone and speakers).
