Welcome Baby - 1 and 2 Part Series January 9, 2010

This class is similar to our Welcome Baby - five part series but does not include the tour of Family Birth Center. Designed for those who cannot attend our five part series or as a refresher for a second pregnancy. Offered as a two part series on Wednesday evenings and as a one day, five hour, Saturday intensive.Class covers anatomy and physiology of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, stages of labor, pain relief options and partner involvement.
