Sedgwick County Department on Aging and the Aging and Wellness Coalition will host the fourth annual Wellness in the Park at Linwood Park and recreation center. This fun and interactive event is geared toward adults 55+ to promote positive aging and overall wellness. Participate in a Zumba demonstration, learn pressure point massage, farmer’s market tips and tips on healthy cooking and access local programs that promote positive aging and wellness.
