This is an Obie Award-winning musical revue conceived by Howard Crabtree and Mark Waldrop. Howard is putting on an outlandish musical with grand and extravagant costumes. His high school guidance counselor keeps popping up to remind him of all the sensible careers he passed up for this ridiculous job. The show emphasizes how gays fit in when they are funny and used for entertainment purposes, but when it comes to politics, professional careers and everyday life, they are ostracized.
