What do animals do to prepare for winter? Where do they go when it gets cold? What kinds of birds or mammals live in Massachusetts all year round? Join us we explore native wildlife by using outdoor discovery, hands-on activities, crafts and stories. If you love animals, this is your chance to have close encounters with some of Drumlin's resident wildlife, as we'll meet a live animal each week! - - Up to three children per adult. "Backpack babies" (under 12 months and carried in a backpack or sling) are welcome free of charge except where noted, though please mention these participants when registering. The fee for children between the ages of 12 and 17 months is half the regular participant fee. Mass Audubon family memberships must be current to receive member rates. Please consider joining when you register. - - Things You Should Know: - - Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment. Occasionally we may make programmatic changes to take advantage of new opportunities or to maintain the safety of all animals and visitors. - - Children should be the age indicated by the start of each program. - - Programs include some time indoors as well as outdoors; please come dressed appropriately for our outdoor adventures!
