Willard Stone: Storyteller in Wood May 24, 2009

This exhibit brings together some of the artist's best wood sculptures. Included are more than 100 carvings, several dozen drawings, and some photographs from the artist's life. The exhibition gives insight into his sources of inspiration and his carving techniques, and provides recognition of Stone's place in Oklahoma's artistic heritage.
